"I went to Rouen last year, and I fell in love with the city. I stayed at Hotel de Quebec at that time too. When I decided to visit Rouen again this year, I just didn’t look for any other hotels. "I cannot give this hotel more praise!!! We checked in and n Friday. They weee courteous and friendly. The coms before leaving were also excellent. We went to our room which had all the amenities you need and a terrific shower! We went down stairs to the bar and booked our table for dinner. The food is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! "The hotel is a great historic building with lots of charm. The room had been renovated and was very clean. The owner was very welcoming and provided excellent suggestions for dinner. The breakfast was very good with fresh baguette from the boulagerie across the street as well as artisanal cheeses. I would not hesitate to stay there again. "
