"The property is fabulous. It's located just west of Greenville (a beautiful city) on the banks of the Saluda river. It is a privately-owned tiny home in a group of other homes in the Saluda Outdoor River Co (closed for the season). The ambience is perfect - string lights draped between trees, fire pits, outdoor seating areas and of course the view is fabulous. The home has everything you need - plus wine! Lots of thoughtful touches. "

"The home was perfect for what we needed. It is very close to center Greer and it's amenities. Very close to all the restaurants and shopping you may want to do. The home itself is a quaint little bungalow that has all the accoutrements necessary for a long weekend stay. The backyard is of ample size and our pups enjoyed running around - it is not directly accessible from the house :( but the size is great. We really enjoyed our stay!!"

"Came down to Greenville to check out the area for a possible move some day. Great town, so much to do. We will definitely be coming back. This place was in a great location and easily walkable to downtown. The condo was clean and very nice. "

"The property itself was nice, modern, and looked just as pictured. Though, there were no paper towels provided, typically we see 1-2 rolls provided in our stays. We did encounter some difficulties with communication with the host. They were not able to refer back to a chat we had over Vrbo prior to booking with questions we had. It was frustrating having to confirm this all again the day before checking in while coordinating with multiple people. The host ended up being accommodating...

"Our family of 5 just returned from our week at the house. Everything was as charming as shown on the website and the location was fantastic - just a 20-minute walk to downtown. Jessica was a pleasure to work with handling the details prior to the trip. Highly recommended!"

"We really enjoyed this townhouse. The location was within walking distance to downtown and also really close to Shriners Children’s hospital. The property was as described and well stocked with everything we needed. Hope to stay again in the future. The available parking was also great!"

"The property was cute and the owner was friendly and messaged me back right away. However the first night the neighbors behind were pulling a trailer up and down the driveway from midnight to about 2am so it was very difficult to sleep. Overall it was a good experience. "

"This is such a delightful find. The house was just as described, the outdoor fire area was inviting and beautiful, and the accommodations included everything we needed. Lots of room in back yard for our 3 grandsons to explore and run around. Easy to get to downtown. We didn't need to contact the host during our stay, but she made sure we knew how to reach her if necessary. "
