"Warm and cosy, modern kitchen great for cooking. Good heating and a nice big shower, needs a non slip mat. Love the farm vibe, oranges right outside the kitchen window. Private and safe. I think the sheets and duvets were singles put over the queen size bed, otherwise perfect with the electric blankets."

"Close to the airport. Clean house. Great communication with the property managers. Bed in the master bedroom wasn’t as comfortable as it quite soft and had a dip in the middle but that’s a personal preference. Overall the stay was great! Highly recommend! "

"We visited the property to enjoy with family and friends. The only reason we’ve booked the property was pool and when we entered the property there was rubbish everywhere in the property. The pool was so dirty and not even working, The carpet was burnt and there was rubbish on the sofas. There was moldy chicken in the oven which was stinking."

"We had such a great time in Awhitu, the house is great for large groups with uts extensive balcony & lounge areas. So close to your own private beach which is great for an early morning walk around to the boat ramp. Highly recommend staying here, host & mamager very easy to deal with too!"
