"Beautiful house, wonderful kitchen and dining room. TVs everywhere. Game room. And of course the heated indoor pool. Spent Thanksgiving there. Saw deer outside each morning."

"The location was perfect. I was able to visit several of my family members all who were only 5-10 minutes away. The layout was perfect there was more than enough for everyone to be comfortable. My grandchildren only complaint was that there wasn't a pool on the property or a gas stove 😁. They said breakfast took long to get done. We will definitely be year around occupants. We all enjoyed our stay . "

"We explored Harper’s Ferry and Antietam Battlefield over a beautiful fall weekend. Neither of us are history buffs and didn’t pay much attention to it in school so we learned quite a bit at the National Parks. The home was a perfect theme and location for our weekend. It was interesting to see how the people of the time lived but with modern amenities. We are both tall ladies, (5’11”) so we had to watch our heads. Stairs are steep and tight. "

"The house was clean, well maintained and looked just like the pictures. The area was fantastic with tons of options for food and entertainment. Austin was a wonderful host and it was so easy to communicate with him. 100% recommend this location!"

We had a fun time exploring the house and admiring the unique features like the Jefferson doors to the porches, the old coal dump, and all the super cool antiques in the home. The location was perfect to enjoy biking on the C&O towpath, plus a short drive to Antietam battlefield, tubing, rafting and hiking."

"The house was cute, and made a perfect stop for our family on the way home from a long trip. The house was clean and the beds were comfy. The Christmas tree was a nice additional touch. There were quite a few restaurants nearby to choose from, and Jim's Market is within walking distance and worth a stop while you're there. The only issue I had was that a piece or two of the silverware wasn't quite clean, there was a small amount of crusted food, similar to when you run it through a dishwasher...

"It was a very nice house to stay in. It was very clean and he got me in there very quickly. Sounded like good people. All the furniture and everything was good. Nice and comfortable and clean and very very nice spot. Pretty quiet area. The only issue I had was all the extra charges like that was a little ridiculous but it is what it is. "This property was comfortable with lots of little extras to make the stay pleasant. The location was a quick drive to Chambersburg to grab some groceries/carry out or to walk the rail trail. Or you can drive a little further to Shippensburg or Caledonia. The kitchen was well equipped, the oven and stove worked well, and we found some basics in the pantry...plus some extras like a great pancake mix! We found the two larger beds to be comfortable and there are lots of blankets to choose from to...
