"The Gästehaus Sonnenwirth is a fully automated establishment and its checkin system is just the beginning of its problems. We’d prepaid through Expedia but the checkin software couldn’t find the booking. The entrance lobby holds two people and three’s a crowd - the automatic door kept opening and we were battered with rain and hail so we did not enjoy trying to solve the Sonnenwirth’s software problems. The Expedia contact number was answered once by a man who said,”You need to speak to my wife”...

Vor dem Einchecken war Müll in einem Schrank (einschließlich einer Fischverpackung, die sehr schlecht roch). Der Eingang zum Hotel ist sehr leicht zu übersehen. "Der Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende schön. Die Kommunikation vor dem Aufenthalt war super, die Begrüssung ebenfalls. Die Wohnung war die bisher beste eingeräumte Wohnung, es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Sogar ein zusätzliches Bett wurde für unseren Sohn gestellt, ohne dass wir darum bitten mussten. Für die Kinder waren viele Spielsachen bereit gestellt, um den Aufenthalt zu verschönern. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder. Liebe Grüsse aus Davos "

"Nice people, and the basic food was good, comfort food. It hit the spot for us. However, the room left much to be desired. If those were sheets on the bed, it's not what I expect. They were more like mattress covers, and thread bare at that. I would eat there again, but I would not spend the night. Just being honest."
