"Cons- The family accomodation not suitable for more than 4 people with a max of 2 adults per stay. The towels were tiny, they were only big enough to wrap around my 5 year old son. The lift in the building was tiny and only big enough for 2 people. Pro-The apartment was easily accessible and the communication was excellent. The supermarkets were the next to the apartment which was great. The walk to the city was easy and close. "

"When I travel normally I don’t see my email ., so I got a couple of emails from the agency (I saw Them late),. But before I got all the information to get in etc ., it is a nice place ., but we were 6 3 adults and 3 teens ., as soon as I do the booking I put this complete information (6 Total) ., we don’t have enough beds to sleep that was an issue ,. Thanks god we’re 2 sofas and 2 of my kids rest there (they didn’t sleep well of course) ,. There were just 1 linen ,. But they survive ., The room...

"We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is conveniently located, offered a Lucerne city card with each room for transportation and discounts. Our beds and pillows were very comfortable and the staff members were so helpful and friendly. They have a great continental breakfast we enjoyed. "
