This was a lovely property; however, like many Japanese hotels, it uses too much chlorine in the cleaning. There was so much chlorine in the sheets that my skin and eyes were burning, and we had to open the windows. The staff is EXCELLENT. Service is EXELLENT I have no complaints about the service. My friend and I shared a room with two beds, but there was only one night near my friend's bed, so I had nowhere to place my things. The room could use another small table. The food was good and very generous.

ウェルカムドリンクがお酒も含めて充実しており、ありがたかった。到着前に駅前近辺で、焼きガキ、カキフライ、穴子メシと散々堪能してたので、夜はパスしたが、翌朝の朝食は豊富で美味しかった。夜も食べれば良かったか…と、ちょっと後悔した。 フロントのお姉さんも日本語堪能で、明るく気配り最高‼️お兄さん方もおじさん(失礼　笑い😆)も気さく、気持ち良く過ごせました。

スタッフの方はとてもよいです。夕食はタラバガニのコースにしましたが、小さいし、ひとつはズワイのような細さで残念。貸し切り風呂は熱めです。蜘蛛の糸のようなものがあり、あまり気持ちの良いものではありませんでした。無料のウェルカムサービスは充実しています。

従業員の皆さん親切でご飯も美味しかったです。 お風呂後の飲み物や卓球台やゲーム機器、ハッピーアワーもあってお値段以上に色々できて楽しいとこでした。 松島が近くにあるので駐車場に車を置いて歩いて観光もできました。 松島観光する時はまた利用させて頂きたいです。

今回で3回目の宿泊でした。ハッピーアワーがあって着いてすぐゆっくり過ごす事ができて満足しています。 夕食はブュッフェとしゃぶしゃぶがメインで豚しゃぶとタンと牛の３種類。夫と２人でお腹がいっぱいになります。何ならお肉の量は３分の２か半分でもいいかも。今回も少し残してしまいました。ブュッフェの海老フライをもう１つ食べたいくらいでしたが無理でした。 ホテルの雰囲気もよく、非常に満足でした。

今回２回目の宿泊です。スタッフの方々も丁寧な対応をいただいてとても気持ちが良かったです。ドリンクサービス(アルコールも)あり、貸しきりお風呂無料等、建物は新しくはないですが清潔に保たれていて居心地が良かったです。朝食も美味しかったです。

基本的には快適に過ごせます
施設設備はキレイで充実しています。風呂なども工夫されていて、快適に過ごせます。 不満点としては、駅までのアクセスが徒歩では良くないので、シャトルバスなどがあれば良かったことと、近くにコンビニがないので、売店を充実させてほしかったことです。レストラン以外でも松島ビールを飲みたかった。
