"Pool wasn’t open and that was half the reason why I chose this place however, that was not advertised in the listing. We went during early December so it was very quiet. However breakfast was extra. It was okay not the best and dinner was never available so yeah to say the dining is limited, would be just telling partial story staff are pretty nice, not a lot of English. However do you speak French and Arabic so if you know those two languages you should be fine all in all the actual rooms were clean room service to the good job no minibar or drinks like that and the actual area of the hotel is a particularly great as it costs minimum £15 in British pounds to go to the main city of fares return. So if you want to be in Fez the city I would not recommend going to this hotel , however it’s got a cute little market right round the corner so yeah happy days "
