"My husband and I stayed at this property for his birthday getaway for 1 night and loved it. I was pleasantly surprised that it was just as it appears in the picture. The place was clean and the bed was so comfortable! I would just be mindful that you’re in the middle of nowhere and the closest store like Walmart or the gas station is about 30 mins away, so just prepare in advance for that. I would also make sure you double check in advance with the host for your key code to enter the property...

"I loved this little house. The decor was modern yet Civil War era-esque. Very cozy and comfy. The little extras the host left were great although did not use any of them. I loved the location because I was able to walk wherever I needed to. I will definitely try and stay ere again, maybe at one of their other places. Thank you!!"

"Honestly, we did not get to stay due to maintenance issues. It’s a long story, but the owner herself called the management companies to assure us our money back. I use Vrbo all the time and I’ve never had an owner of a property be that heavily involved or invested. We rerouted our trip a little bit, but hope to come back, and see if this place is available. It was super cute, very cozy, and clean."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Barn at Elbow Landing! The property owners were very friendly, hospitable, and accommodating. The Barn was very clean and well appointed. Ray & Sylvia thought of everything a traveler would need to feel right at home. We spent a lot of time sitting on the porch, enjoying the birds and the mountain view.
