"We spent just under 3 weeks in the Peloponnese and this mansion was our home base. It was so excellent we didn't want to leave. Great pool and hot tub, spacious, lots of fruit trees that were in season, a taverna within walking distance and beaches that were perfect for sunning and playing in the Aegean. The house is so impressive and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, an outside grill, gated with an large lawn, and views to die for. We also loved the ping pong table, foosball table...

"We really enjoyed the house and the property however there were a few things that I don't like about how the property is advertised. This was a beutiful three bedroom 1.5 bath house in the outskirts of Petalidi. Only minor inconvenience we had during our stay is that the kitchen has a lot of ants and we had to store our food either in the fridge or containers otherwise ants would gain access to it. "This villa met and surpassed our expectations. The views from the patio area are stunning and the swimming pool overlooks these and is always kept clean. There is everything here for a very comfortable stay and having the villa cleaned with clean sheets and towels changed regularly is appreciated very much. "nice beachhouse at a quite beach: a laidback beach where mostly local people went swimming. they had set up a volleyball field on the beach right behind the house when we stayed, beachfun to the max :) the owner does her best to make everything to your liking, when internet seemed to fail for a moment her son was already in the car to fix it (and went back after we unplugged it for a while) She even makes sure the books in the house are in your language - that's what we call a pro host :) If...

"We were a family of 10 with 2 kids, found this villa very nice, with lovely large bedrooms, kitchen with all the necessities, such beautiful grounds surrounding the villa with many flowering shrubs and olive trees. Our housekeeper Nana was a delight. Always smiling and happy to help when needed. There was a swimming pool and access to the beach . 20 minutes to Pylos and Gialova restaurants were close by. Overall a wonderful place to stay."
