We recently stayed at the Radisson Blu for one night as we were catching an early flight to Italy for our Easter break, and our experience was wonderful! Upon arrival, the friendly staff at the reception surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a family room with two connecting rooms. This generous upgrade made our stay even more enjoyable and spacious. We had a very pleasant stay and are incredibly grateful for the thoughtful gesture from the staff. It truly set the tone for our holiday. We highly recommend the Radisson Blu for anyone looking for comfort and excellent service before their travels! The only suggestion would be to have the option to book parking when booking the room. This will be perfect for those travel with children. "

"I was surprised to be asked for a £100 deposit and then asked to walk up the road to another hotel. In that hotel, in the room I was allocated, there was no hot water and so I to move rooms. All at 11pm."
