"The stay in this property was very nice. The owner is very friendly and absolutely delightful. She answered all the questions and helped with the laundry as well The suite (2 bedroom) was more than sufficient for our family of four (4 adults). The beach is a 5 minute walk away, and in 10 minutes you will get to a plethora of dining options. There is a convenience store a minute away. And the neighborhood was quiet during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed Paihia and the stay here "

"We could not get hold of anyone to let them know our flight was delayed after phoning and emailing most of the afternoon. We ended up in the dark rain and no where to stay at 9.30pm at night. Poor service"

"We had a fantastic stay up in Matauri Bay and the accommodation location was a short drive from the beach and other attractions. The only hitches had was we couldn’t get the TV to work, but didn’t need it in the end and could have contact led the host if we really needed it. A nice clean spot with everything we needed. Thanks"
