Located adjacent to the Dunes Golf Course in Matarangi, this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom upstairs apartment is only a 3 minute drive, or easy 10 minute stroll to the beautiful beach.

The master bedroom boasts it's own deck, and private ensuite bathroom.

Master Bedroom: 1 x Super King Bed (can be split to 2 x Single Beds)

Bedroom 2: 1 x Super King Bed (can be split to 2x Single Beds)

Bedroom 3: 2 x Single Beds (can be made in to 1 x Super King Bed)
