Located adjacent to the Dunes Golf Course in Matarangi, this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom upstairs apartment is only a 3 minute drive, or easy 10 minute stroll to the beautiful beach.

The master bedroom boasts it's own deck, and private ensuite bathroom.
