25mins to Whitianga township. Close to Coromandel Beaches, Great dining at Luke's Kitchen, and other Coromandel eateries, A Great relaxing environment with plenty of books, dvds, and family games. Great BBQ, and kitchen facilities, with outdoor loungers and sun shades.
Air-conditioning and plenty of blankets for those winter getaways - a walk on the beach is a great Stress release, and the wild beach weather is an amazing experience.

Property consists of a large open plan lounge/family area, a dining area, and kitchen, separate laundry, one bathroom, and a separate second toilet. The Bedrooms are made up of two large bedrooms (Queen Beds), and one smaller bedroom (one single bed and one bunk set).

Amazing beach bach
Had a wonderful time at Sean’s property. My family stayed over Christmas time and we thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the ease of access to the beach. Would highly recommend this place for large family :)

All the comforts of home, and more!
Wonderful property with an amazing outdoor and living area. Kitchen is extremely well stocked, with all the appliances and cooking implements you need… plus more! Great having a fully fenced property for our small dog. A short, and relaxing walk to the beautiful beach. We stayed in winter but the house was nice and warm, with a good heat pump. Place was clean too. Thanks for a great stay!

Long Weekend stay in Matarangi
We were all very impressed with our stay in Matarangi at this accommodation. It had everything we could have hoped for to help make our holiday a great experience. Very clean, spacious and a fantastic place to bring our dog. We hope to return soon!

It a great property that is located perfectly close to all you would like to do and it's all walking distances. The house is perfect eazy to keep clean and with all the sliding doors open its just a breez i would say generally you will enjoy your stay from booking to the end forsure.

Great property for a holiday bach. Very tidy and well set up with everything you need in a good location close enough to walk to the beach. Good value for money. Would like to have a coffee plunger or coffee pod maker though !

Great home, living area very spacious . Take your own tea, coffee milk etc . Very handy to day trip to many beaches . Great cafe/ roast shop within walking distance. Our little dog enjoyed the back yard , so secure. Ideal for family holiday. Thank you.
