After a day of activities that can be accessed around the Tutukaka coast, sit back and enjoy the privacy and magnificent 180 degree views of the coastline and farmland that this 19-acre property has to offer! This single storey, Master Builder award-winning home offers 150 square metres of decking - ideal for soaking up the sunshine, fresh air, and serene surroundings!

At this Sandy Bay accommodation you will find an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area - plus, there is a separate TV room.

The Perfect Degree has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first and second bedrooms are each fitted with a queen bed. The third bedroom provides 1 set of bunks and 1 queen pull-out sofa bed. The living area offers a further 2 pull-out sofa beds. Additionally, you will find a spare queen mattress in the garage should it be required.

Please note Sandy Bay is 5-10 minute drive from the house, and 15 minutes from Matapouri.
