"My husband and I hosted our entire family, ages 13 months to 74, for the first time to celebrate my 70th birthday. The house and grounds were incredible. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom, and the one bathtub was shared by the young families. The third floor kitchen and living room was our gathering place for meals. The view of the ocean was breathtaking. The kitchen was better equipped than my own home and even included a full range of spices and staples. The toddlers split their time between the pool, which was cleaned twice that week, and the beach for building sandcastles, flying kites, and wadding in the water. The home had multiple beach chairs, noodles, boogie boards, and sand toys. We practically had the beach to ourselves and enjoyed the morning sunrise walks. The elevator was a major plus for the older adults and the times we made big grocery runs. The owner, Kelly, was assessable at all times before and during our trip. If I rent this home again, I will do a better job assigning cleaning tasks to the young families. No matter how hard we tried, the little ones were messy and carried beach sand in their clothes. I would suggest hosing the little ones head to toe at the boardwalk. There was a vacuum cleaner and I would also suggest assigning one family each day to vacuum the entry door. We did not find a mop or Swiffer which we could have used on the third floor. The owner added 150 for additional cleaning which was totally justified."

"Could not have asked for better hosts than Ricky and Suzy. Location description was on point. Check in and out were just as easy as coming and going from my own home. Most of our meals were eat out or carry in. All items needed were easy to find. Plenty of fresh towels and wash cloths. Keurig available. The beach is peaceful and very walkable. "

"Initial impression of condo unit was where is the rest of it? Turned out to be quite efficient and sufficient. Take a close look at square footage footprint if space matters. Definitely designed for only 2 people. Good value for the price point. Beach access, heated swimming pool, clean property and friendly staff added up to a good visit. For future visits I would not book a ground floor unit. Protected sand dunes block view of beach. To get the full benefit the property has to offer I would suggest the 2d, 3d or 4th floor units. We had a great time!"
