"Messed up my reservation, didn't let me know. Lost a night for which I wasn't refunded although they offered to, and amenities were not at all as described in Expedia. There's no TV signal, TVs not pre-connected to wifi, no info on the password, gave me pass 3 options none worked. Pretty pics that don't live up to the actual experience. I'm never coming back."

"Lovely place and a great value. The staff was very kind, and the breakfast was tasty. Nice hot shower and nearby to a great restaurant. Only downside was the wifi didn't reach to our cabina-- only in the cafeteria area. "

"We are very private people, and hate it when we rent a cabin and have any other houses within sight, to say nothing of those rentals with next door neighbors right on top of you. This gorgeous little cabin is tucked in the middle of the CR rain forest. No neighbors at all. Just hummingbirds, gorgeous butterflies and lots of other wildlife. "Property manager never showed up at the house to let us in. No response to emails or voice messages. After 6 emails and two voicemails I am still trying to get a refund. Avoid this place. Bad mgmt."

"We loved this property and I only wish we had more time. The host and the caretaker were responsive. Excellent bird watching in the mornings. Fresh guava to eat off the trees. We had two dinners at the farm next store and they were delicious! A lovely stay and my only wish is we had more time. Ricardo was super friendly and very helpful. A bit tricky to find but excellent directions. I hope to go back some day."

"The house was well maintained and comfortable (we didn't spend a lot of time there, but the kitchen was well appointed, beds were comfortable) and the location was perfect for hiking Volcan Barva and starting our CR trip. The only issue we had was with the management company, Vacasa, who didn't communicate our arrival to the house manager, but otherwise it was perfect."

"This property is the perfect size for a family of 3 but can easily host at least 6 or 7. Only concern is the dust because of allergies. Other than that pretty cool place!"

"If you want to be mire ir less off the geid in the mountains with spectacular views, this place is great. We made the trip in a small Hyundai, but I would recommend a car with a little more clearance if you have it. Views are amazing and the place is super quiet. Greay patio to enjoy everything."

"I stayed a couple of nights with friends, we only wanted a place to talk, play board games, cook some food and relax. This property was perfect for all that, with plenty of sitting areas. The bathroom was very nice, with plenty of space for large groups. The property was very clean and with a nice view. The only 2 things I will recommend the host to update are the couches (maybe a deep clean), they look dirty. The second thing is the futon (this was the 3rd bed), I slept there and it was not...

"I’ve stayed at many places but this is definitely one of my favorites. The building looks brand new and very well-maintained. There is a hangout room on the top floor with a huge Tv and coffee machine. Next to it is a small gym with a bathroom and a shower! There is also WiFi that works very well in both rooms! "We visited to celebrate our Honeymoon. This hotel was absolutely perfect. The wildlife, nature, and open design down the hallways were beautiful. The buffet breakfast is worth the extra expense for food to start off each day. We are gold status with Hilton so it was free for us. The service is amazing. Hotel staff are very attentive and seek to ensure you are satisfied with everything. The pool was very enjoyable with the pool bar. They also have a bar and restaurant immediately inside near the pool. This was truly a little oasis inside the city! We highly recommend!!"
