"We only stayed a Locanda La Rosa for one night. We used it as an overnight stay before flying home from Cagliari the following morning. The property is well located for visiting the Barumini nuraghes. Parking was on the street but wasn't a problem as Pauli Arberei is a very small rural village. "The property itself is beautiful in a historical area of Gesturi . Ignazio, the owner is very accommodating and helpful and friendly . Their family make a delicious bread from scratch for breakfast . They make wine , they make cheese, they provide fruits from their farm and more . For breakfast, it’s all organic food from their farm . "

"When someone says “feel at home”, this is what it should be. There wasn’t anything I lacked, and the hosts went out of their way to ensure everything was comfortable. Breakfast on a veranda with a view, the sounds of birds and sheep moving up into the hills in the morning, it was lovely. An excellent hidden gem, I plan to come back again for sure. Grazie!"
