"The swimming pool was green with algea and very dirty. We could not use it . The kitchen was full of flies, which we spent a lot of money having to clean, buy fly spray, fly strip! The cleaning was very poor. Mattresses on beds stained. The house could be beautiful and is in a lovely setting. But is in a state of disrepair. Very disappointing as this was our first family holiday in 3 years."

"This is the most beautiful holiday rental we have ever had in France. The house was lovely and well-equipped and the gardens and terraces calming and peaceful. The pool was great and had the best view from the whole property with the vineyard rising up to the hills above. The only problem for us was that there was only French TV and as it was the end of September the evenings were too cold to stay outside."

"We had a fabulous stay. The house is in a wonderful area, very quiet and rural yet only 3-4km from the nearest villages/ small towns with lots of great restaurants etc. The house itself is wonderful - a true home from home. The garden is 'rustic' but great for lots of people and the dog. Note - it is not fully fenced in, although there are hedge boundaries and gates to the main road, so the dogs can (and ours did!) escape! "This property is out in the sticks and very quiet, it covered our needs and we were very comfortable. We had our dog with us which was ideal for him! Access to the pool was a bonus. The shops and Resturant's not too far away! A fab area to explore! One day we shall return. Also they sell fresh produce, eggs, jams and honey! Delicious! 👍"

"A fabulous, quirky house spread over many levels with all the mod cons ensured a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Tennis court and swimming pool meant the teenagers were entertained and happy, whilst being in the heart of the Ardeche for river swimming and canoeing!
