"Love the place , really jn the centre of venice , near the canal & all . Room is cute & cozy , the only thing we didnt like was - there was no lift , and our room was in the 3rd floor ; quite hard to walk up after a long day . We’re on for 1Night only , so it’s fine . "

"It was the most beautiful hotel in Italy, my host was Nicola 😊🇮🇹 who took the timecto explain everything and gave a warm welcoming, made me feel safe and like home. The room was gorgeous, even more beutiful than the pictures onvthe Website. The olny thing i didn’t like was my next door neighbor at the hotel, i was sick and she was ver rude to me because I was coughing. Nicola made all the difference and made my trip to Venice a beautiful experience!!! For sure i'll try to come...

"The staff at Casa Caburlotto were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was small but perfect for one person. Very clean and comfortable. I give it a 9/10. They even held my bags for a few hours while I explored and waited for the train "

"Close to the train station which means less dragging bags over bridges, but a longer walk to San Marco. Decent food in the area and easy access to the water bus. They were super helpful when we had to stay for two extra night. Room was cold so do bring layers. "

"Clean and close by to the train station, 5 minute walk. Great location for a short visit to visit Venice. Room and bed was clean. Washroom was clean there is no stand-up shower there is a handheld shower head. Could use an update in the shower as there was a bit of mildew. Common area was nice and clean , there is a fridge, stove and kettle. Overall the place was fine if you just need a place to sleep. "

"Alessandro was a great host-very accommodating and spoke English. Our room was exceptional and decorated very well. It was a great location and within walking distance to all the sites and restaurants. It was also close to water taxis and water buses. With only four rooms, it was very quiet. We would highly recommend this accommodation."

"Pros: super property - everything inside the property was brilliant. Charming island away from crowds - experience local Venetian life - less touristy. Cons: As no guest services on site they ask for passport details and credit cards via email in advance which isn't safe security practice (they need to find a safe way to improve this) Expensive ferry to island from main town Limited dining options on island compared to main town."

"Clean and spacious. Not sure if someone got confused but someone tried to get into the room early hours in the morning staff were really nice and friendly. Great location with lots of bars, restaurants and cafes on your doorstep. "

"It is definitely in a very good location. Fun stay, clean, and accessible to practically everything you need. The one and only problem is your access to room. Not the easiest task but staff will be there to help."
