Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, ordering taxis, etc. Really easy walk to the Duomo, La Scala, and other major attractions Lighting in the lobby area and rooms was dim, making it difficult to read a map before setting out and air conditioning was non-existent I overall recommend it "

Customer service was just totally beyond expectation rumors quirky, but very comfortable.
