"Overall the house is nice. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. However, the basement, where 3 of the bedrooms are located, is very damp and musty. We pulled out the sofa bed and there were mice droppings all over the mattress. Although there was a large humidifier going on at all times (loud!) it's not enough. Those who slept in the basement did not enjoy the stay. That is why I couldn't give it more stars."

"We had a great stay at a great location! The owners were very accommodating and responsive to messages before our stay. There are definitely a lot of rules to follow, but if you’re okay with that it’s a beautiful place. "

"We stayed for a week over the Christmas holidays. The house easily accommodated our group of eight people and one dog. We enjoyed the easy walk to the National Wildlife Refuge and a quick drive for winter beach walks. We enjoyed spending time with a roaring fire and a few dips in the hot tub. Tori was very responsive to the couple of issues that arose. "
