"Nice view in a historic villa in a calme place."

"My husband and I had six nights in this beautiful villa in Baveno. It is high in the town with a 10 minute walk down to the ferries/train/bus, as the listing indicates. So it is perfect to explore the islands of Lake Maggiore, as well as the other towns along the shores. Being that high, the villa has an amazing view of the lake and islands. "We sincerely loved our stay at this property in Baveno! The guest house on their property is spacious and very well equipped. They even welcome you to enjoy their large garden. Angie and Alberto were such wonderful hosts greeting us at check-in with wine and pasta and even allowing us to stay an extra night when one member of our party fell ill. They even offered to order us dinner and take us to the train station! You could not feel more welcome then here!"

"Very spacious 3 floor apartment incl terras with view on the lake. Fantastic place to stay. Sven and Judith (owners) are very friendly and reactive on any request. We would come back any time to enjoy Lago Maggiore and end the day with a nice glass of prosecco with sunset view on the lake. 😍😍😍"

"Das Haus ist extrem gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hat alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Der Pool ist gross. Es hat verschiedene Plätze zum Sitzen oder Sonnen. Ein Traumhaus und die Sicht auf den Lago ist einfach fantastisch."

"Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieter, die mit im Haus wohnen. Die Wohnung für 7 Personen ist mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt wird. Die neuen Fenster beschehren der Wohnung eine angenehme Ruhe. Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in 750 m vorhanden, zum Steinstrand sind es ca 300 m. Parkplatz ist empfehlenswert. Zu beachten ist, dass die Hauptverkehrsstraße am Haus vorbei führt."

However, please note that the house keepers are living in the house full time with your group. The pool chlorine level was too high and some family members had a rash. Former guests raised the issue, owner was aware of it and yet the issue wasn't addressed . Checkout time is at 9 AM and not 19 (7pm) as it is...
