"This is a stunningly beautiful property set in many acres of land, an estate planted with olive and almond trees together with vineyards. A series of one story buildings in the estate house the rooms/suites. A central building (pictured) houses the reception, a dining room and an area by the pool. Separately in the grounds there’s a lovely al fresco dining area for evenings. It’s situated in the countryside and is about a 20 minute drive to the city of Noto. "

"Amazing hosts, amazing stay! One of the most memorable accommodations during our 2-week trip to Sicily. Rosario, Adriana and Vincenzo work hard to have you experience the finest flavours of Sicily. "We stayed 5 nights at Tenuta Olive Alive and loved it! We used Noto as a bounce off point to visit several towns in the area (Siracusa-Ortigia, Modica, Ragusa Ibla etc). A short drive into Noto itself. Fantastic accom, took advantage of the rain outdoor spaces for some meals, made good use of the pool. Our host, Italo was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. "Food was excellent and beautifully presented. Most of the ingredients were from the farm. The dinners more than met expectations. Each evening meal was delicious, and no dish was repeated during our 3 night stay. From the appetizers to the limoncello, all was wonderful. "I can imagine that this 'hotel' would be pleasant enough in the summer but definitely isn't worth staying for more than 1 or 2 nights in October. It was so far off track that we very nearly didn't bother. The room was nice enough, very rustic in the old cattle shed, the breakfast was basic but adequate and once we knew where it was it was a good base for the surrounding towns."
