Was told to wait 35 minutes (in reality over 1.5 hours) to get into my room, which is fine again I was early. Room was clean, but very unmaintained- multiple visible drywall dings/paint cuts/ WATER DAMAGE around tub; since they decided to use wooden trim around a jacuzzi. 2 person stand in shower, with horrible pitching caused slippery surface and water pooling....
