"My family and I stay at this hotel every year to get together with other family members and I don’t think I would stay anywhere else. They have the kindest and friendliest staff you could possibly come across, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is amazing. We’ve been going to this hotel now for four years, and I have never once had a single problem. When I say their staff is kind and friendly, I mean they go above and beyond I didn’t catch his name, but the gentleman that was there the evening we checked in conversed with us like he was part of the family the next morning, our son had a bit of a cough And the lady working the breakfast bar, took it upon herself to make him a drink to help him with his cough, which we thought was absolutely amazing. You just don’t come across these type of people very often anymore. We were a little bummed out that the hot tub was out of order this time however we understand it does happen and the pool was still open so the kids had a blast. Thank you "

"There is no hot tub as stated on Expedia, but the pool was very clean and enjoyable. We had a king bed and jetted, 2-person tub. Highly recommend this room! Best price for the area. Great shopping, restaurants, and short drive to Frankenmuth."
