"We had a friendly welcome from Tess, were given our keys to our room. We had room 2 which was a decent size with lovely fleece bedding. The shower was perfect, could do with a shelf for shower gel etc and a few hooks for clothes/ towels. We didn't have breakfast. It's a 15 minute stroll to the town centre with lovely views on route , would definitely recommend. "

Only issue this time was someone clearly had too much to drink in the village and people were shouting in the early hours of the morning. This woke me and i struggled to get back to sleep, but nothing to do with the inn."

Easy to check in, and I set off early the following morning - leaving the keys in the box in the hallway. Very convenient for the town centre and seafront if you don't mind a few minutes walk. Variety of restaurants nearby, even before you reach the town centre."

"We had a couple of nights stay in the New Inn and it was a lovely clean comfortable place. Great check in and access to a fridge, plates and cutlery if you need it. Chinese restaurant just a minute walk away which was really good. There was a fish and chip place too but unfortunately it was closed while we were staying. Would definitely recommend staying here though, nice safe friendly little village with a great community shop five minute walk away. "
