It’s had everything inside I needed and as it’s described the stuff were very friendly and very helpful. the area might look dodgy a bit but it’s haven’t bothered me as it’s Marseille at the end of the day if you know you know, but there is nothing to worry about I’ve been many times in Marseille. I love it there I’m definitely going back again."

"Super nice people willing to help. Friday night its very complicated to park because there is a market saturday morning close by, but, they offered a discount in the parking just below the hotel. Saturday was super easy in the street and priceless. Subway really close. The appartement was newly painted and smelled strong but it was super clean and fabtastic views from the terrace. "We had a great stay at ibis Marseille Centre Gare Saint Charles! The hotel and its facilities were clean and well-kept. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and answered our questions about our scheduled train ride. While smoking is very common in Europe, it is good to keep in mind (especially if you or your young children are sensitive to the smell) that some cigarette smoke may come through your window from the café below - we didn’t mind too much ourselves. The best feature of the hotel is that it is steps away from Gare Saint-Charles station (major train station) which is extremely convenient if you have an early-morning train ride like we did! "
