"Overall is a nice stay with few points that are lacking that affects the comfort of staying there. 1. Heating is turned off around 11pm thus you will feel cold if you are not asleep by then. 2. Hotwater not consistent, the water might turn cold for a moment when you are showering. 3. Parking is in public carpark outside the compound thus you will need to walk in the cold to the house although there are ample space to park in the compound. On the down side the bar was poorly staffed on both evenings during our stay with one staff member being expected to cope with coach parties, restaurant orders and provide table service from the bar. Thankfully she was very courteous and we were patient 👍."

"Very friendly managers. Good location. Everything as advertised! We had a 2nd floor apt with balcony. There is a nice shared patio on ground floor. Minutes from both train stations. Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice."

"Had a week here and loved it. Pisa 20 mins, Montecatini 15 mins, Firenze 40 mins. Great for exploring Tuscany and even better for just relaxing. Can't fault the accommodation, service, friendliness of the staff. Great prices as well. Everything was great and will return soon."

"The owner and his wife were very friendly and helpful with local transport advice. The breakfast was 1st class, plenty of choice even hot breakfast was offered if you wanted it and served with a smile - perfect stop over (I stayed 2days for day trip to Florence) and I would recommend a stay if you are in the area."

"We arrived late but the front desk left a number for us to reach them, that was nice. Parking was provided space available. Room was clean and large. Was near the top of a mountain with great views of the valley below and cool crisp tuscan mornings, nice. Cafe and restaurants nearby. Forty minutes out of Florence where we spent the day but if you have a car, i would recommend it. A good value."
