"Property is nice, for all the house rules and remarks about leaving everything clean and items in their “home” property was not that clean. Oven was a disaster that required cleaning to use. Otherwise nice if you do not mind taxidermy and possible daycare with 3 dogs next door."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Old Mill. We rented the street-level apartment which was perfect for the four of us. The kids enjoye d the toys and we all had fun playing some board games. The place was very clean. There were some Asian beetles present but this was not unique to just this property. We saw them everywhere we went around Shell Rock, Waverly, Cedar Falls, etc. Just that time of the year. We would definitely stay again. saw them everyhey were "

"Myself, with my 2 longtime best friends, stayed 3 nights at the home, from the 13th to the 16th. We visited the Fair, enjoyed some shopping and a lot of time together. The house is welcoming, the reservation process and communication with the owner were hassle-free and prompt. It was very clean, spacious, comfortable. The location was easily accessible and very quiet. I would recommend staying here, 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms offer a great deal of privacy and space. "

"Wonderfull clean and renovated 19th century bungalow. Super clean, great master bedroom and bath with comfy mattress. Petfect location, close to downtown Cedar Falls. Single downside was the tiny loft with tiny beds low ceiling. Good for kids only."

"Great little place that had everything we needed! Nice big backyard for the dogs to enjoy. Absolutely loved the chocolate chip cookies left for us, what a pleasant surprise! Great location to everything, will definitely stay again when back in Knoxville!"

"This is a very nice property. The home was clean and well staged. There is a nice deck overlooking a green space and pond. We were ables to sit outside and relax or congregate in one of two community spaces. The host was responsive and welcoming. I highly recommend this property for UNI families visiting their students. "We met up with friends to enjoy Pella and everyone was impressed with this beautiful property. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is ideal, and downtown was walking distance for us. What a beautiful historic home with character and comfort. We loved our time and will return for another stay."

"This is a beautiful property. Our whole family enjoyed the venue very much. We are seriously considering using it the next time we get together. It was close to everything that we wanted to attend and the house was amazing. A true oasis away from home. We definitely will try to use this place again."
