"The hotel is lovely and is perfect if you want to stay in the heart of Valletta. The staff are friendly and helpful and James the restaurant manager was extremely polite, professional, friendly and helpful. The pools were lovely but the temperatures of both may have been more comfortable if they were warmer. The hotel is so clean and tidy and even smells amazing! "

"This is such a wonderful Hotel, all staff very kind, and accommodating. want to give a big shout out to one of the restaurant staff called Suhel, he was just outstanding to me and my parents on the trip, went above and beyond for what they needed and was so professional. All reception staff were incredible and were able to help with all enquiries. Spa was ok but stream room didn’t work and sauna kept getting cool over a period of time. There’s lots of construction around the hotel, so very loud in the morning if you want a lay in but no fault of the hotel and they were very apologetic. Great location. I Highly recommend this hotel. "Quite, clean, comfortable. Large rooms. Excellent breakfast, but go before 8:00. Close to Ponsonby bus stop which was convenient to get to Valetta and rest of island. Close to bay promenade and good restaurants. Simon on front desk was most helpful. Genuinely friendly people everywhere. "
