"This hotel room was amazing, excellent view of the cathedral, lovely furnishings and super quiet. Has a kettle and cups for making tea. Staff very helpful and polite. Breakfast was good. Just one thing, our rooms air con/heating, had a weird loud intermittent buzz sometimes, especially noticeable at night. But overall a marvellous place to stay."

"It is quite a charming hotel..It has a very warm atmosphere The reception was excellent. The receptionist gave us information about the hotel and the city. It was a great welcome. The hotel has no laundry service. That is the only inconvenience I found but I can manage. I highly recommend this hotel. It has an excellent dining room with great menu."

"Points très positifs: - réception ouverte 24/7 - parking aisé - confort de la literie - chambre relativement spacieuse - prix attractif Points négatifs: - énormément de poussière sur le mur au-dessus de la tête de lit (un oubli?) - paroi de douche pas assez longue/receveur de douche pas suffisamment profond - par conséquent toute l'eau coule sur le sol de la salle de bain - les vendredis et samedis soirs, le restaurant situé à côté de l'hôtel met de la musique jusqu'à 23h00 voire 23h30 - musique et vibrations qui s'entendent depuis les chambres. Ce n'est pas grave en cas d'arrivée tardive, mais cela peut être gênant pour les personnes qui veulent se coucher plus tôt. Cependant, dans l'ensemble, nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel."

"This was a good location on the edge of downtown ! It was under renovation we got one of the news rooms unfortunately surrounded by rooms being renovated and it was dusty. Our TV wouldn’t work and after repeated tries we had to give up. We had No phone so had to keep going down to the front desk. We also had no fridge even though there was a place for it. Breakfast and parking were great! The bed had only a flat sheet on it that kept moving and the mattress pad crinkled! No shampoo either!"

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clearly renovated recently. I was with a baby and the layout was great- entry hall with WC and a door to the room, so i was ablw to meave the srroller and shoes there, shower/sink area also had a door. Furniture was simple... i felt comfortable letting my little one crawl around and pull herself up. There was one spot that housekeeping missed (under the luggage rack) so i used my suitcase to block it. Only cons were: Steps at both entrances. Staff helped with the stroller, but a ramp could easily be added to the back entrance. The parking garage. Location was great and i know the hotel doesn't control it, but it needs some care. "
