While the common areas have maintained the majestic grandeur, our suite was tastefully modern, with all that one would expect from a hotel of this stature. I would recommend the hotel spa and all the dining options on the premises we sampled were up to standard. "

"This property is very spacious, clean and easily accessible. Rooms are clean n spacious, service was friendly and I’d recommend it for a short stay or for families. When I stayed there must have been a basketball tournament and dance tournament so there were lots of young families staying but I did feel any noise related issues or lack of service. Great place to stay in near Milwaukee Downtown!! "

"I want to give a special thanks and dedication to this property. I travel everywhere with my service dog luna, She's mostly a hospice dog. Anyway I stay at this hotel often when attending events in the area. I happened to forget her service bag this one time. Upon checking in. I told the young gentleman at the front desk what happened. He remembered me and Luna from 2 times prior and my 2 kids from new years. ( Remembered them because of Luna) This is one of them small things that stands out. I will always use and recommend your property and I appreciate another great stay. Only thing down.. Could do a little bit better on the breakfast. Potatoes and eggs. You get that biscuits and gravy."
