"Otel nehrin kıyısında. Giriş yaparken masada oturan hanımefendi hiç yardımcı olmadı ve kötü bir giriş yaptık. Gelmeseydiniz odanızı başkasına satacaktım dedi. Bu nasıl bir konuşma şekli, aradınız da ulaşamadınız mı ? giriş yapılan saat 14.00 civarıydı. Güleryüz sıfır, asık bir surat. Hizmet sektöründe çalışıyorsak böyle olmaması gerektiğini düşünüyorum.
