"Siamo stati presso i Vivai 2 notti includendo la cena di Capodanno e una successiva cena il giorno 1 Gennaio. I Vivai è un luogo rilassante, piacevole, la suite davvero bella, elegante con notevoli note raffinate che si vedono nei dettagli e nell'arredo. Entrambe le cene sono state davvero interessanti, la cucina a vista dove, anche qui si deve citare l'attenzione a ogni dettaglio: piatti sofisticati, personali e sempre perfettamente bilanciati che meriterebbero un assaggio uno per uno....

"The property is delightful, and the amenities in the adjacent hotel, pool, spa, bar and restaurant very pleasant. On the down side the bar was poorly staffed on both evenings during our stay with one staff member being expected to cope with coach parties, restaurant orders and provide table service from the bar. Thankfully she was very courteous and we were patient 👍."

"Very friendly managers. Good location. Everything as advertised! We had a 2nd floor apt with balcony. There is a nice shared patio on ground floor. Minutes from both train stations. Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice."

"Beautiful area! Most conditions were good. Other than that, not good at all. No blankets, soap, paper towels, only a half roll of toilet paper for 5 adults. Heating system did not work! Very moist in cabin left all our clothes damp. We could not have windows open to dry out air due to mosquitos. Would not book here again!"
