"I didn’t get the check in info via Hotels.com and their address was wrong. But a simple phone call and an exceptionally helpful and friendly chap sorted everything within two minutes. The cottage was wonderful. So warm and inviting. Comfy and beyond clean. I’m definitely coming here again. "

"Stayed at Little Trees because we were visiting elderly parents who live nearby. Nice peaceful location. The place was spotless. Everything was provided - towels, shampoo, shower gel, bread, butter, milk etc. couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely stay again. Bed a little low and soft for me but actually slept really well. "

Could do with a bit of updating, I wouldn’t recommend 5 people staying here as it was cramped for us and there was just 2 of us. The second bedroom pics showed 2 single beds but it was a single bed in there with an under bed. "we were re-imbursed the cleaning money. The property was disgusting. Hair in beds, foot particles on range, on kitchen floor and dinning area. The condition of the property was more in tune with a hostel rather than a house for a family. The list of things that need to be fixed is to long. From patio doors that didn't close to stair banister hanging off the wall. There was only 1/4 toilet roll in the house for two toilets. We had to wash the sheets before we could sleep in the beds."

"This was a fantastic few days away. Property is small, but perfectly suited for me and my mum. Very clean, modern. Comfortable bed and couch. Location was fantastic. Rural but great pubs and cafes close by (and a Sainsburys local!) We loved all the footpaths all over. Dog was even happier. Plan on going back!"
