"Lovely, quaint manor in the beautiful countryside just outside of busy London. Front desk staff very pleasant! Enjoyed my stay!"

"Terrible nights stay. The door of the club room had a gap of about 1 inch at the bottom and any corridor noise was heard even with towels blocking the gap. Female occupants of the room opposite were rowdy, loud and had lots of “gentlemen callers” all through the night. The night staff were informed 3 times but no action was taken. They had plenty of opportunity as the “ladies” went outside for smokes every hour and banged the door on exit and entry. I know it’s hard to control bad behavior but I felt very let down that no attempt was made by staff to talk to the “ladies” when they were in there room. Seemed like everyone on our floor apart from the “ladies” were at Starbucks when it opened all complaining about the lack of sleep and staff inaction. "

"A wonderfully comfortable stay at Hotel La Tour. The rooms are fabulous and the view we had over Campbell Park was superb. Breakfast was good. Usual fruit, cereal, toast and full english on offer. Overall a great place to stay"
