"Booked myself and my black Labrador in for 3 nights. Spacious room, nice decor and very clean. Comfy bed with plenty of pillows. The full English breakfast was spot on with good quality items. (Thank you Ben). All the staff were engaging and very helpful. Great value for money! Would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again should I be down that way again."

"Its a delightful tavern. Plenty of room on the car park and onto a traditional, friendly bar where my hosts booked me in quickly and with a great intro to how everything worked. I had room 2, in a purpose built outbuilding and I was really pleased with the first impression. "The breakfast was amaizing!!! The room had heating, i turned radiator down but nice if u like heat... the bed was very close to the tv on wall so getting to yhe otherside of the bed you are banging into bed. But rest brilliant, fabulously comfy bed and affordable."

"Amazing is an overused word. Was visiting apprentices in the port. Phoned to say would be very late. Kept kitchen open had very nice steak. Then went to suite. It was huge. Kitchen TV room, with everything including washing machine, and shower room. TV in living room and bedroom. View out the window directly to countryside. Nice breakfast. "
