"I stayed here in lieu of a hotel room in Salisbury for a work trip and it was worth the drive, only about 20 minutes from Salisbury. Heidi is extremely hospitable, her breakfast is excellent, including authentic English tea. It was very quiet, air conditioning worked amazingly well considering this is an old home, c 1800’s. The decor is adorable. The town is quite charming. Heidi made dining recommendations and did her utmost to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. My only regret is I...

Chanceford Hall Bed & Breakfast - The Chadwick

"Perfect location for our stay (2 adults) while we were touring nearby locations. Place was in clean and top condition and building has great touch of history. Owners are super nice and we felt very welcomed. After the first day of breakfast we felt we were part of their family. Breakfast: Top of the line breakfast which included 4 courses and met all our dietary needs (my spouse is gluten free and vegetarian). Bedroom comfort: comfortable/clean and had all needed amenities (extra pillows,...

"Beautiful & scenic views, pool was refreshing, Complimentary wine was unexpected, Dwayne was helpful & breakfast was delicious & made to order by Rick! Food & fun within walking distance and just a short drive to other sites. Some basic updates & repairs needed on the property but that’s expected for the age of the house. We’ll be back!"

Washington Inn and Tavern

3.5 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (254)
" The location was perfect for what we came there for. The property itself is very old and needs a total renovation. The carpet throughout the facility was filthy and the mildew smell was everywhere. The people we met where very friendly and the staff was very nice. We stayed because there was no where else to stay. Not to mention the annoying siren. For a moment we thought it was "The Purge". The hotel needs a lot of work. Sorry, just being honest..."

Key West Cottages

3.0 star property

"Absolutely adorable cottages on the water, spotlessly clean, the pathways were raked every morning! Fantastic old-fashioned friendliness from the front desk service. Quiet sunrises from my little deck, moon rises from their beach area. It was fully booked yet we felt easily taken care of in our own spacious privacy. With a palpable sense of balance of well cared for nature and unpretentious people, Chincoteague and Assateague islands are a calming respite from the chaos ~ and the Key West...

Blufin Bungalows & Marina

3.0 star property
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (95)
"We spent 3 nights in 2 over-water bungalows…4 generations ages 2 to 85. The houses were well equipped and maintained. Beds were comfy, tvs were great for nighttime watching. The front porch was a great place to hang out, eat, etc. my only suggestion is maybe put a rope ‘net’ at the end of the floating piers between the houses to make them a little safer for little children. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend a visit for this unique experience."

Waterfront on Marsh Island!

8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (22)
"We stayed at this property for 3 nights. It was perfect for a weekend getaway for a couple located within 10-15 minutes of all the popular spots on the island. The space was fairly small but it met our needs and has a nice waterfront porch. The listing mentioned there was laundry on site but it was not in the unit and I didn’t see any information given about where it was, but this wasn’t a problem for us. I’m sure if we asked, the representative would’ve told us how to access it if we had...
