"The cleanest place we ever stayed for holiday. The staff is very friendly, made great effort to satisfy us, I can't complain a word. They provide a great spread of breakfast with fresh fruit, healthy bits and tasty fresh cakes. On our last morning, they opened breakfast early only for us. Our room was cleaned every day such as the pool and surrounding. Keep up the great work guys!"

"This small boutique property is beautiful, well built and impeccably designed. It is so close to being the perfect high-end micro hotel it wants to be, that it is such a shame that it misses the mark. The hotel has no staff from noon to 4:30. You cannot arrive between those times and to make matters worse they will charge you if you arrive earlier and want to check in. This means that if you arrive anytime before 4:30pm you are screwed even if your room is ready. This is a problem because there...

"Appartamento molto molto bello (si vedeva anche il mare) con tutti i confort, pulitissimo e spaziosissimo. Dotato anche di un posto auto in caso serva e di una posizione perfetta per visitare il centro di santa Maria di leuca a piedi. Molto silenzioso perché defilato dal centro ma con accanto un delizioso tipico alimentari ed anche un bar. "Fantastic location. Great swimming from the rocky shore as long as it is fairly calm. If rougher there is a good beach a very short drive away. Interior of property is getting a bit tired. Showers are basic and need some maintenance. The property is overpriced, reflecting the location rather than the property as a whole. We also had a problem with cats on the property that appear to have been fed by previous guests. This meant that we could not really eat outdoors nor leave doors or windows open...
