"Apartment was very clean. Hosts were friendly and very helpful. Colorful and bright decorative color palette. Things to improve: bathroom folding door was broken when we arrived and as a result difficult to close. Towel Hook was loose and about to break off so we couldn't use. Led light remained on in bedroom ( not sure what it was from, security? Smoke detector?. Very minor inconveniences in light of the good quality and cleanliness of apartment."

"Beautiful stay! Our view from the room was fabulous. The room was clean and bright with a kitchen. Great location as long as you can walk steps. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend to friends and family. I would love to stay again. "

"We had a wonderful stay here with wonderful hosts. The apartments was perfect for our family of 4 and quite spacious. It was very clean and was very well equiped. The property was in a peacful area and felt very safe. The grocery shop was within easy walking distance although there was a small hill to return to the appartment. Local bars and restaurants were also within walking distance. We were there in October and while the days were warm the pool was quite cold so we didn't use it. There are...

"We loved the overall feel of apartment but I think our vent may be shared with the neighbouring apartment of a smoker. This was the worst part of our stay as it smelt of smoke. Other than this, it was very nice. "

"Poor service at checkin, had to fight to get the copy they took of my passport at checkout. Room was infested with ants so we could not have food in room and the air conditioner would not work. Asked for a new room but was denied, refused refund so we could check into an actual hotel but were told they have a no refund policy. Do not stay here especially when you can stay at another hotel very close for $10 more a night."

"The campground had a nice restaurant and laundry room, and transportation to town on bus lines and taxis. The cabins were comfortable and the views over the bay were great! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the campground!"

"From the moment we arrived, we received the highest level of customer service. If you're thinking of where to stay in Naples, look no further! Make the reservation, and I promise, you will not be disappointed. Everything about the Grand Hotel Parkers exceeded our expectations. Absolutely one of my favorite places in the world to stay! "A heritage property this was a great choice. The staff the sea the sight were awesome. Everyone starting from front desk to restaurants were filled with passionate people. Though the rooms were small, the Balcony overlooking the Bay made up for a great time to bask in the evening sun and watch a great down. "

"The service at this hotel was absolutely excellent. The included breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and some of the best baked goods I had in Italy. The rooms were very comfortable and the lifts were small but fast which meant not having to wait long. Nice views of the bay at breakfast and from our balcony. Easy to walk to shopping/museum areas. "
