Additionally, the code they send you to initaite the self check-in process was not working. "Caterina (front desk hostess) was always polite and helpful. She made sure our activities were booked every day. Room was modern and clean. "

"Our hostess Nora and housekeeper were accommodating, friendly and attentive to our needs. Whilst there’s a bit of a distance to the train station, the room was spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the fruit tree garden. Grazie!"

"It was very close to the train station in Sorrento which made it easy to get to Pompeii, Vesuvius and Naples. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was delivered on time every day. Located just above the city in a quiet location but close to restaurants and shopping. "

"Excellent location! Drop off is down the road as there is no place to stop in front of property. Nice outdoor area to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. Staff is personable and willing to assist in any way. Beds are very hard but otherwise nice, adequate rooms. "

"The property is brand new so the rooms and the breakfast area are good. There is more work to do to make it perfect, but the new bedrooms are very nice. Anna was very helpful, breakfast was great, and the room temps were adequate."

"Hotel difficult to find. Area around hotel doesn't feel safe. Room has good facilities and comfort, but inadequate lighting - room is dark and overlooked by nearby apartments. Staff very pleasant & helpful."

"I was so pleasantly surprised when we arrived. It was such a lovey, serene setting. The rooms, grounds and facility were spotless! Breakfast was adequate, but dinner was top notch!!!"

"The property was amazing - the view from the balcony and rooftop were stunning. The rooms were very comfy, spacious and very clean. The breakfast was a nice touch with eggs, toast, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, tea and most delicious lemon loaf. The best breakfast by far in the 2 weeks! The best service and best cleaning staff! All so friendly. They helped us arrange taxi back to Amalfi. Only thing the property is about 3km from Amalfi Overall amazing and we would stay there again. "

"The proprietor, Federico, is wonderful and answered all of our questions. He will line up transportation from airport if you want and it’s cheaper than a taxi. He directed us to transportation to Pompeii, etc. and lined up a driver for us on one day. This part of Naples felt very safe. It is walkable and close to restaurants, gelato and espresso and only a few minutes from the Galleria and the funicular to Castle of St. Elmo. "Casa Pacifico was perfect for the amount of time we stayed in Pompeii. Our room was modern, clean, spacious, with a great bathroom/shower. The Towel warmer was a huge plus (we used it to dry socks and shirts we handwashed. Wouldn't leave unattended.). Owner gave great directions and was communicative. Breakfast voucher allowed us to have delicious fresh pastries and coffee every morning at the cafe downstairs. You do need to haul your luggage up a few flights of stairs, so plan accordingly....

"We selected Elys largely based on traveller reviews. They are correct, this is a perfectly located, well run, clean, modern, safe and comfortable hotel. "Property was good. Only thing to keep in mind is that like nothing is included, you have to pay for wifi and cellular service sucks. I didn’t buy wifi since I had cell data but the cell service was so slow. These guys should just include wifi for that simple reason. "
