"El apartamento es nuevo, está perfecto. Las unicas 3 pegas que le veo, son la recepción, que es muy difícil de encontrarla y su horario es muy escaso; que la cama de matrimonio (que es lo que pedí), no era de matrimonio, era de 135 y se queda muy escueta para dormir 2 adultos en condiciones y que para cambiar las toallas y sábanas, tienes que bajar tu a recepción las mismas y te daban otras limpias, cuando lo lógico, es que te las suban al apartamento. "

"The booking said beachfront. We were 10 minutes away. Tried to contact the hotel 4 times prior to our stay for a shuttle from the airport and was put through to a number that rang out on each occasion. Shower was broken. Someone came to fix it and it broke again. We weren't given access to the pool. Had to walk back to reception. Was given a fob that didn't work. Had to walk back to reception and was gives a card this time. Washing machine didn't work. Had to wash clothes by hand....

"A comfortable but quite small apartment in a good quality block in a built-up area on the coast. The apartment needs a bit of a facelift, but the equipment is functional and the location itself, as well as the fact there are two terraces, is great - you just have to like being surrounded by lots of other apartments, so it's not to everyone's taste - if you like rural and calm and isolated, it's not for you. "Positives - Oropesa is very wheelchair accessible with wide pavements and plentiful dropped kerbs. Negatives - Property was wholly misrepresented as being wheelchair accessible - it isn't. Apart from steps at the front door and on to the terrace, the rooms are far too small to get a wheelchair around. As an example, the only clear floor space in the bathroom was directly in front of the handbasin, less than a square metre, and my smaller than average chair wouldn't go through the narrow door...
