"We loved our stay. The location is amazing and so is the service. We really enjoyed the Game Drive, it's a must (we took the combo tour and we loved it). Service was great and food was really good. Dinner was at a very high level. For me, being Vegan, they had a lot to offer which is not common in Namibia. I would highly recommend it. "

"The property is stunning. The staff went out of our way to be kind and helpful. The bungalow was huge and very comfortable. The only wish would be slightly healthier eating options. I would give this property 10 stars "

"Incredibly friendly staff, went out of their way to make our stay special, good food and a very acceptable wine list. The room was good with efficient air conditioning. We had a great time!"

"Friendly, warm welcome from Martcha (spelling?) the receptionist. Great activities. Loved the cheetah encounter, bushman walk and game drive. The food was very good. The resident puppy and dog were entertaining. We had an excellent stay."

"Return visit to this hotel. Lovely gardens, good en route stay to Kgalagadi. Rooms good, great swimming pool. Very good service. Only negative would be quality and content of breakfast."

Excellent little hotel

"This was an excellent little place to stay en route to the Fish River Canyon. It was well presented and the breakfast was excellent. Hosts were pleasant. Bed comfortable, lovely new bathroom and decent shower. There isn't much to Mariental but the supper we ate at the restaurant over the road was decent. The entrance to the hotel isn't well signed and if you are foreign, as we are (therefore without a mobile), it was difficult to attract the host's attention to get the gates open. "
