To make matters worse, they called my room 20 minutes later to convey information that I had already tried to communicate during the initial check-in process. "Another 4 night stay at this hotel. Staff are so good but English is limited. Carlos on reception is the guy to go to if you want an English speaker. Breakfast is good and plentiful."

"I like very much. For a short time is great place ( I was there 10 days ) There is not restaurant, no laundry. They charge for parking your car ( was surprise ) But I love the hotel. "

"The location is great with a view of the historic downtown and the church in the middle of the city. Needs new doors, windows and bathroom upgrade. Very clean and comfortable. Parking is good but the lane to get to the parking lot in the back is very tight. They did mention there is a different parking lot close to there. Day shift front desk was extremely helpful, Night Shift guy was grumpy. During the day the area around there is fantastic, after dark need to be careful. Free breakfast."

"It was hot and didn't have air conditioning in the room. They also appeared to not have knowledge of my reservation. The breakfast was minimal. And they didn't have a double bed as we had reserved so me and my fiancee had to push two of the single beds together to try and sleep together"

"on check in they give you a towel and a soap the soap is the worst soap i have seen in my live The towel was very cheap fabric Staff was not trained many little rules. BTW IF YOU Lose you plastic old key you have to pay 20 reais !! "
