"No curtains so everyone else can see what you do at night. No receptionist just a guys front room that he hangs out in. Wifi is a tad broken but apart from that the bed was quite comfy and as expected for a budget hostel."

"Pokud hledáte levné a příjemné ubytování a nevadí Vám dojíždět do centra hromadnou dopravou, bude Vám tento pokoj nejspíš vyhovovat. Je prostorný, v přízemí řadového domu, který se nachází v uzavřeném bytovém komplexu (chvíli nám trvalo, než jsme pochopili, jak se tam vlastně dostat). Hosté mají k dispozici vlastní koupelnu, kuchyň je společná s majiteli domu. Domluva s majiteli byla bezproblémová, do centra se hromadnou dopravou dostanete za půl hodiny."

"A lovely B&B run by two delightful and kind sisters and staff. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, well appointed and cozy. Breakfast is continental in style with fresh and tasty offerings. The Meidling Bahnhof ( train station) is a short walk away for those travelling in Europe by train, and transit to the centre of Vienna is easily accessible via a direct bus or tram in about 20 minutes. "The hotel is literally a block from the central train station. Trams and subway also run by the hotel. We were really grateful with the washer and dryer in the room as we were doing a longer European vacation and didn’t want to bring too many socks and under garments. Please note though the capacity for the washer is very limited and you will need to do multiple loads and bring enough detergent. The pool is small but good conditions. "

"Only once did we see an employee sitting behind the front desk. No one was around when we needed them. If you need to check out of a hotel elsewhere in the city and then move over to Smartments, your luggage might just have to sit unattended in the lobby if you can’t reach anyone on the phone. I won’t stay here again due to the limited hours of expected front desk availability, let alone the actual nearly non-existent availability of hotel staff. "
