The breakfast is freshly cooked and there is a good choice on the menu but only one item can be chosen. There is not an option for cereals, pastries and toast with jam and marmalade. The pub is undergoing a refurbishment but this did not interfere with our stay as it has started on the outside of the building. "The room was very nice, the pub is pretty, and the village is pretty. However the listing was misleading - the restaurant doesn't function midweek, and they don't do breakfast either during the week. I was walking, and didn't want to walk more miles to eat. It's not hard to provide a cold breakfast. So make sure you check whether they're doing food if it matters to you. "
