"Very beautiful hotel , clean and very good staff "

"Lovely room and view, staff could not have been any friendlier. Driving a car there is almost impossible, GPS navigation takes you everywhere but the hotel. There is no parking, despite what description says. It’s free-for-all parking nearby (if one can find a spot after fighting crowded streets and traffic). Then one has to carry suitcases/belongings up stairs and through alleys to get to the hotel. Our room was very nice, but the internet/wifi did not work. Staff delivered fresh fruit plate as...

"My friend and I visited Mardin during a snowstorm. The hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. In short they were very accommodating and hospitable….. They were extremely helpful with parking and retrieving our car during deep snow conditions. The room was very comfortable and I loved the restroom with big shower. The views from the room was amazing. The hotel itself is decorated beautifully… but truly the gem of the hotel is the GM. We shall be returning again and again. "

"There was black mould growing on the walls underneath peeling wallpaper. The roof leaked. Tv did not work,fridge stopped working, no coat hangers,no mattress protector no top sheet on bed,water took 15mins to come out of the tap i timed it then 10 mins to get hot."

"When we arrived the hotel clerk informed us that theres no room free. Even though we booked it and paid it via hotels.com. He said he "forgot" to turn off the website. We had to go to another hotel and pay there again. He informed us that he already wrote to hotels.com about this and we will get our money back. Now he doesn’t pick up the phone and hotels.com doesn't react. It looks like fraught. I do not recommend to book a room here."

"Konaklama fiyatı olarak iyi bir yer ama biz mecburiyetten bu yerde 3 gün kaldık. Eski Mardin’e mesafesinden dolayı fiyatı uygundu ancak çok eksikler vardı. Odada çöp yoktu, banyoda havlu yoktu. İlanda yazılı olmasına rağmen wifi çalışmıyordu, oda buz gibiydi çünkü ne kalorifer ne de klima çalışıyordu. Yatak çarşafları kirliydi. Tüm bunları dile getirmemize rağmen yetkilisi sadece gelip kumandayla klimayı biraz kurcalamakla yetindi. Wifi yeni bozuldu vs. gibi cevaplar aldık. Oda ısınmadığı için...
