"The property is beautiful. There is an expansive yard right on the water with a small beach. It is cozy place with two bedrooms on separate floors. Each bedroom has a bath (one full; one powder room). The kitchen is well-appointed. The furnishings are modern and new. "

Only suggestion we would make is to install a hand rail on the stairs inside the house. It would help some of the elderly family members we had visiting.
