"Very positive review coming. We are a couple in our 50s and 60s. Disregard the majority of the negative reviews, they put bad reviews usually of 1 bad incident. Friendly, welcoming arrival, fast efficient reception staff. Everywhere clean and constantly being cleaned. Smiley friendly staff all round. Good facilities for everyone, especially for families. "Hotel room - classic sea view - on floor 5 was lovely. Hotel in a prime position on the seafront. Staff extremely welcoming and efficient. Only thing that let it down was the breakfast. Not a very good selection compared to other chains we have stayed in recently in Spain. Everything was lukewarm when we went at 10am. Would stay again but would have breakfast in one of the many nearby cafes. "

"The hotel was quite quiet during the day, it seems most people were in the parks, this meant not much choice for food or drinks in hotel during the day. But loved the connection to the parks and being able to walk just 15mins to be in Portaventura, but also option to walk to the beach in around 15minutes too. Best Portaventura hotel in terms of distance from beach. Best of both worlds. "
